Acidity
There is no great reason for the body being in a state of acidosis, it is bad for you. Both types of acidosis, have similar symptoms like fatigue, headache, confusion, sleepiness and a higher chance of becoming unwell, generally. Alhough there are medications that can help with these problems, it is much more beneficial to do it via the use of a healthy diet.
There are many other illnesses that can occur by your body being in a state of acidosis, and many of these can be much more serious to you: cancer, diabetes, bone corrosion, Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease. Alkaline

There is an alternative to salads, and this can be in the form of juices, which are not just more convenient, but combine some nuts and seeds into your blender of choice. For the maximum benefits, it is recommended these drinks have a high percentage of spinach and kale, as these are two of the most beneficial alkaline foods you can find. Between them both, they can help detoxify the body and the effects of free radical damage, reduce bad cholesterol and help in the fight against cancer.
